If you want to protect your development project from any future fall in property prices, we can assist you by matching you to investors willing to provide a sales guarantee, purchasing your property at a 20% discount of the open market value. You will have this agreed sales price before you commence your build and will even be given a downpayment of up to 10% of the of the underwritten GDV.

 

In a more buoyant market you remain free to sell on the Open Market with only a small sales fee of 0% to 5% of GDV in addition to the down payment received from the investor (sales fee amount depends on how much deposit was paid upfront).

In return you lock-in a minimum sales value which can assist you to raise development finance and give you peace of mind. ​
